Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by bo4d. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the bo4d platform. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on bo4d. Duplicate accounts — including accounts held in another person's name — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
All deposits and withdrawals on bo4d are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via approved local payment methods including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
All bonuses and promotions offered by bo4d are subject to wagering requirements, validity periods, and game-eligibility restrictions. Bonus terms are published in full at the time of offer. Attempting to abuse bonus structures is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bo4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication for maximum protection.
bo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or behavior that poses a risk to the platform or its other members. Affected balances will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable procedures.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bo4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any bo4d service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

2.1 By accessing bo4d, creating a Player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably accept these Terms in full.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and bo4d. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any communication or promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.
2.4 bo4d may translate or reproduce these Terms in other languages for convenience; however, the English-language version constitutes the authoritative, legally binding version in all cases.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use any bo4d service. bo4d operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
3.1 To be eligible to use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
3.2 bo4d primarily serves players based in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you understand the legal status of online gambling in Indonesia and accept full personal responsibility for compliance with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
3.3 bo4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of such a request may result in account suspension.
4.1 To access bo4d's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a single, personal account. The following conditions apply:
4.2 bo4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not automatically confer any right to receive bonuses or promotional offers.
4.3 Account sharing — permitting another individual to access and operate your registered account — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether the individual is a family member, friend, or associate.
Duplicate Accounts: If bo4d identifies that a Player holds more than one registered account (whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method), all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and all balances — including any winnings derived from those accounts — will be forfeited without recourse.
5.1 bo4d is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
5.2 As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
5.3 All documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. bo4d reserves the right to reject documents that are blurred, cropped, or otherwise insufficient for verification purposes.
5.4 KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. During peak periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. bo4d will notify you via the contact details registered on your account upon completion.
5.5 Withdrawals will be held pending KYC approval. This hold does not constitute a delay in payout — it is a mandatory compliance step that protects both the Player and the Platform from fraud and identity theft.
5.6 bo4d treats all KYC documentation with strict confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely, used solely for verification purposes, and are never shared with third parties except where required by law or by our licensing authority.
6.1 bo4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following approved payment channels:
6.2 Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as confirmation of the transfer is received by the Platform's payment gateway. In most cases this occurs within minutes; however, bank processing times may occasionally extend this period, particularly outside standard WIB banking hours.
6.3 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players should refer to the Deposits page within their account dashboard for current limits applicable to their account.
6.4 You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. bo4d will not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment instrument not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
6.5 bo4d does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees. bo4d is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
6.6 Depositing funds with no genuine intention to play — for example, depositing solely to exploit a bonus offer — constitutes misuse of the Platform and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the relevant funds.
7.1 Withdrawals are available to all Players who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. Withdrawals are processed exclusively in IDR to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts; however, very large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional compliance checks and may be processed in tranches at bo4d's discretion.
7.3 bo4d targets processing of withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for verified accounts during normal operational periods. This is a performance target, not a contractual guarantee. Actual processing times may vary based on payment provider availability, compliance requirements, and technical factors.
7.4 Withdrawals will not be processed under any of the following circumstances:
7.5 bo4d reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request that triggers our anti-money-laundering monitoring thresholds. Players are obligated to cooperate fully with such requests.
7.6 In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to a Player's account, bo4d reserves the right to correct the error retroactively, including by deducting erroneously credited amounts from the Player's balance.
8.1 bo4d offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of offer. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
8.2 The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:
8.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting across promotional markets, coordinated multi-account play, and exploitation of software errors or pricing mistakes — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Transparency Commitment: bo4d publishes the complete terms for every active promotion, including exact wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum withdrawal amounts, and expiry dates. Players are strongly encouraged to read all promotion terms before opting in.
9.1 All games available on the bo4d platform — including sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (football bookmaking markets), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting), and live sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering.
9.2 All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on bo4d use independently certified random number generation. Outcome results are final and binding once the game round is completed and the result is confirmed.
9.3 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, bo4d's system logs will be used to determine the outcome and any applicable payout. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during gameplay.
9.4 bo4d reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a technical error, pricing error, or software malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance. No claim for winnings that would not have been earned in the absence of the error will be honored.
9.5 Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event as recorded by bo4d's official data provider at the time of settlement. For BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and all other covered competitions, results are settled in accordance with each league's official governing body.
9.6 In-play (voor bola) betting markets may be suspended at any time at bo4d's discretion due to significant match events, technical issues, or data feed irregularities. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
10.1 bo4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling behavior, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively. To access responsible gaming settings, log in to your account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard.
10.3 Self-exclusion requests are processed within minutes of submission and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded may not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion by creating a new account — doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

10.5 bo4d monitors player activity for signs of problem gambling and reserves the right to proactively impose account restrictions where such patterns are identified, including in cases where a Player has not yet requested self-exclusion.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bo4d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
11.2 bo4d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any evidence of criminal activity identified on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
12.1 All content on the bo4d platform — including but not limited to the bo4d brand name, logo, design, software, graphics, text, game assets, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bo4d or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, and Microgaming, among others).
12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit:
12.3 Any unauthorized use of bo4d intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bo4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.2 bo4d shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the form of the claim or whether bo4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages:
13.3 bo4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bo4d does not warrant that any particular game outcome, payout rate, or sporting result will meet your expectations.
14.1 The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the bo4d Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference.
14.2 By registering a bo4d account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and account management.
14.3 bo4d will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing occurs only where required by law, demanded by our licensing authority, or necessary for the operation of approved payment processing services.
15.1 bo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address or contact details associated with their account.
15.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
15.3 Amendments shall not apply retroactively to bets already placed and settled prior to the amendment's effective date.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bo4d holds its primary international gaming license. bo4d operates under international licensing frameworks designed to ensure fair play, player protection, and financial accountability.
16.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, bo4d and the Player shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may submit formal complaints to our support team at [email protected]. bo4d commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration and the language of proceedings shall be determined by bo4d in consultation with the applicable licensing authority.
16.4 Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to seek urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
